Spire – Live in Lincoln Cathedral

The Spire project reaffirms the sonic power of the church organ in the modern age. This is the latest in a series of live performances in the historic churches of Europe. Organist, Charles Matthews, Tenor, John Beaumont and electronic artists Philip Jeck and BJ Nilsen will perform a programme of works that contrast the traditional voice of the cathedral organ with the more contemporary sonic soundscapes of electronica.
