Whether you’re travelling from near or far, we’ve got everything you need to plan your visit to Lincoln.
The festival is open between 5.30-9pm on Thursday 19th, Friday 20th and Saturday 21st February 2026. Frequency takes place in Lincoln’s pedestrianised city centre, offering an easy and accessible walking route between installations. The full festival route is a leisurely 30 minute walk from the Cornhill to the Castle, with extra time encouraged to pause, explore, and enjoy each captivating installation along the way.
Printed pocket guides with a fold-out map will be available to pick up from the Festival Information points in Cornhill Market and in the Bailgate area at Castle Square. You can also pick up a copy at the Visitor Information Centre and at the following participating venues:
The Barbican Creative Hub, Lincoln Central Library, St Mary Le Wigford Church, Stokes Café at the Lawn, the White Hart Hotel and The Sycamore Café. The festival pocket guide can also be downloaded here: FQ26_Festival_Programme_DIGITAL
And remember – many of the festival experiences take place outside, so please wrap up warm and bring a brolly!
