Ancestral Wisdoms – Ifeatu Nnaobi
Date: Thursday 28 – Saturday 30 October
Time: 10am-4pm
Location: Central Library
If you could ask your ancestors (living or dead) a question, what would it be?
This interactive installation invites participants to join in a conversation across continents and across time. A customised Artificial Intelligence platform receives queries from members of the public and generates answers at random, offering advice gained from generations past.
Will your burning questions chime with a voice echoing down the ages? Acclaimed filmmaker and photographer Ifeatu Nnaobi’s latest project uses AI technology to explore questions about connection, heritage and displacement.
Part of the Digital Democracies commissioning programme.
