Content advice: monolith contains occasional strong language. This audio experience aims to promote good mental health and connection following a year of isolation. Zest ask audiences to remain mindful and feel free to pause, adjust sound levels, and engage with the work in a way that best suits their personal needs as they listen. A self care guide is available within the experience.
