Content advice: monolith contains occasional strong language. This audio experience aims to promote good mental health and connection following a year of isolation. This does employ mindfulness techniques, such as tempered breathing, as well as soundscapes that occasionally become quite intense. Zest ask audiences to remain mindful and feel free to pause, adjust sound levels, and engage with the work in a way that best suits their personal needs as they listen. A self care guide is available within the experience.
