Namaste! Veruca, Buggsy and Rain invite you to join their no distractions thought space, where we meditate (for the brain), nutritionise (for the body), and gratitudinate (for the soul).

It’s an open space for warmth and kindness, where we support one another over Zoom in a loosely structured manner in order to free our minds and unlock our hearts, free of the distractions of modern-day living.

Open to all experience levels and chakrabilities. Suitable for all ages, probably. We hope to see you there!

Lola-Rose Maxwell

Lola-Rose is an actor/writer/comedian. She has written two episodes of ‘RudeTube’ and countless character stand-up pieces which won her One to Watch at Funny Women. Her sketches on twitter with Stevie Martin have repeatedly gone viral and earned the duo a Legend Of Lockdown Chortle Award.

Jay Bennett

Jay is a comedian, singer and improviser, best known for her character creation Yasmine Day, an ‘80s pop diva. Her debut show, An Audience with Yasmine Day, was given a Soho Theatre run after a successful Edinburgh Fringe show, gaining four star reviews from Broadway Baby, Scots Gay and Entertainment Focus among others.

Martin Willis

Martin is a stand-up comedian and improviser, the founder of Objectively Funny as well as its resident MC. He is also a regular MC at Comedy Cabin in London and Secret Comedy Club inBrighton. He was formerly a member of sketch act Loose Brie (“the banter is quick and easy”????-EdFringeReview)
