It’s a Wrap! – Our Festival Highlights of #Freq23

29 October, 2023

Our 7th Frequency Festival has come and gone, and we’re thrilled to share the highlights of our four-day digital arts and culture extravaganza in Lincoln.

Throughout the festival, attendees engaged with the emergence of digital art. They interacted with AI, questioned the boundaries of humans and machines, and explored the impact of genetic engineering. It was a weekend where the boundaries of art, culture, and technology blurred, and it was thrilling to be a part of it.

Day 1 – Thursday: The Kick off

A rainy start to the day didn’t deter visitors from heading to Lincoln. The stage was set for four days of innovation, creativity, and immersive experiences.

Our opening night event brought together artists, tech enthusiasts, business, city and culture leaders to celebrate the fusion of art and technology.

Friday marked a day of artistic exploration and innovation. Our campus zone was a hive of creative activity, with participants engaging in diverse workshops, from virtual reality to experimenting with digital art. As the sun set, we were treated to Surge 360, an incredible contemporary dance experience that left the audience in awe.

Saturday was dedicated to families. The Discovery Zone was a hub of activity with interactive VR swings, glowing art installations, and educational exhibits. The kids (and the kids at heart) had a blast exploring the wonders of the digital arts at The Campus Zone, with discos, workshops and fun.
