Event date(s) - 23rd - 29th October
Event time - 24-hour
Event Location - Multiple locations
Prepare for Monster Madness this October half term in Lincoln! As the sun sets, look up to the rooftops, where eight gigantic inflatable monsters will illuminate the night, offering mesmerising evening tours of the city. Lincoln’s about to become the ultimate Halloween playground.
There will be eight giant inflatable monsters dotted around the city, from Castle Square, all the way down to the University of Lincoln.
As night falls, the monsters will become illuminated so you can follow their glow for a spooktacular evening tour around the city.
Visitors can also look out for some extra special guests during the weekend. On Saturday 28 October, the Ghostbusters will be out and about protecting the city streets in search for the monsters, and on Sunday 29 October, there will be a ‘Monster Mash’ flash mob located in the Cornhill area!
The monsters will be located at:
- University of Lincoln Isaac Newton Building
- Nationwide, Lincoln High Street
- Turtle Bay, Sincil Street
- Waterside Shopping Centre (viewed from the newly refurbished City Square)
- Lincoln Bierkeller, Silver Street
- EQVVS, High Street
- Lincoln Castle, Heritage Skills Centre
- Exchequer Gate Arch, outside Lincoln Cathedral
