Relay explores how democratic digital access and co-created immersive experience can allow artists and audiences to explore complex themes such as time, gender, our relationship to our “humanness”,and social interactions within our contemporary life.  Extending the collaboration to explore how AI and human collaboration can draw parallels between the historic and contemporary voices at the original roman entryway to the city.

Posterngate is located on the corner of Saltergate and Bank Street.

About the artist(s)

Lumo Workshop is an artist-led studio with a strong leaning towards projects that have community engagement at their core.

Their experience in theatre design, carnival and public sculpture combines in a varied portfolio that is hard to categorise and includes live events, festivals, outdoor arts, special commissions and participation projects. They devise accessible opportunities for collaboration to create memorable experiences through spectacle and immersive art experiences.
